Service
Folding wall and door systems contain moving parts that are subject to wear and tear and external systems are vulnerable to weathering. Regular servicing of the system ensures that it remains lubricated, balanced, and improves handling. This minimizes damage, helps to prevent accidents, avoids the system breaking down and becoming unusable, and prolongs the life of the system. Folding Wall and Door Systems which are not regularly serviced can become a safety issue.
We recommend annual service of folding wall and door systems. A service includes standard repairs; rebalancing/locking off top suspension; service and lubrication of moving parts, top rollers, guides locks, and top tracks; and on site demonstration of correct operation of wall system.
